1. Personal Information (Profile & Security)

Manage the foundational details of your account and how you appear to your readers.

  • Identifier Info: Your Username and Blog Domain are unique identifiers and are read-only.
  • Branding: * Blog Name: Customizes your display name (defaults to domain if empty).
    • Logo: Upload a custom logo to define your visual brand (used as a favicon for custom domains).
  • Author Profile: Set your display name, profile picture, and a bio (up to 400 characters) to build trust with your audience.
  • Security: Update your notification email or change your password.
  • Visibility: * Toggle feature eligibility for the Mikihands main page.
    • Search Indexing: Enable or disable search engine visibility (applies noindex when blocked).
  • Developer Tools: View or regenerate your API Key (requires password confirmation).

2. Blog Settings (Appearance & Translation)

Customize the look and feel of your blog and leverage AI for a global reach.

  • Blog Design: Configure your title, banner image, and font style to set the right first impression.
  • AI Language Settings:
    • Set your blog’s primary language.
    • Auto-Translation: Add or remove target languages for AI-powered translation. (Note: Removing a language may eventually delete its cached translation data).
  • About Page: Create a dedicated introduction using multiple sections. Supports limited HTML tags for basic formatting, links, and images.

3. Custom Domain (Advanced SEO)

💡 Premium Plan Feature

Enhance your professional image by connecting a personal domain and optimizing for search engines.

🌐 Domain Connection

  • Primary Domain: Set the main domain for SEO; all other connected domains will redirect here.
  • DNS Configuration:
    • Root (Apex): Use an A record pointing to the provided server IP.
    • Subdomain: Use a CNAME record pointing to blog.mikihands.com.
    • Note: Ensure proxy/CDN features are disabled (DNS Only) for the connection to validate.

📈 External Integrations

  • Service Links: Link up to three related sub-services (on the same root domain) directly in your blog menu.
  • Google Analytics 4: Enter your G- Measurement ID to track visitor statistics.
  • SEO Verification: Save HTML verification strings for Google, Yandex, or Naver to prove domain ownership via the web console.

4. Billing & Subscription

Monitor your plan status and manage your billing cycle.

  • Plan Management: Standard users can upgrade to Premium at any time. Initial payments are prorated based on your current cycle.
  • Cancellation: Disables automatic renewal. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Delete Account (Danger Zone)

  • Permanent Removal: Deleting your account erases all posts, comments, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
  • Confirmation: Requires a checkbox acknowledgement and a final confirmation step.

💡 Pro-Tip

For the best experience, configure your [Personal Information] and [Blog Settings] first. Once your content is steady, move on to advanced features like [Custom Domains] and [GA4] to scale your reach.
